How can beat my jet fear?

Q I have my dream holiday booked and fly out to Croatia in a few weeks.

I'm going to be travelling alone and I feel worried that my fear of flying will get the better of me. I really don't want this to ruin my fun, do you have any suggestions?

A Lucky you, a holiday in Croatia sounds fantastic. Many people have a fear of flying, however there are lots of alternative remedies available to help combat this.

There are some great Bach Flower Remedies that counteract fears such as flying. Mimilus helps to reduce fear of known events, whilst Rock Rose treats states of extreme fear and panic. Try taking Mimilus for a few days before the flight and have Rock Rose on standby in case fear becomes extreme.
